ACC Application Request Form

You may submit request by using the ACC online form way below to submit a request or submit by email manually using the PDF ACC Form for architectural changes to your property (including exterior house colors painting approval).  Either way is acceptable

The following information and attachments are required to process your application: 

1. Plot Plan with improvements shown, drawn to scale including all dimensions of proposed improvement and distances to property lines.
2. Materials List (for landscaping requests, include lists of plants to be used with locations shown).
3. Indicate all color(s)
4. Provide a picture, scaled drawing or manufacturer’s literature indicating overall size, i.e., length, width and height. (Top view looking down and a front/side view looking at improvement)
5. Note there is a picture size limit of the images/files you can attach to the online form of 20MB total
