SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK - NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY
All members current on their dues may use the pool through the use of an electronic key fob issued by Community Management Associates our property management company. These rules are enforced to prevent injury and damage. Those individuals that do not adhere to these rules will be asked to leave. Repeated violations will result in the loss of pool privileges for the remainder of the season.
All swimmers must wear swimsuits. Other clothing is not permitted while in the pool. Regular diapers, other than those designed to be used in pools, are not permitted in the pool.
There shall be no solo swimming.
There shall be no profanity, running, boisterous or rough play.
No persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs should use the pool.
There shall be no spitting or blowing of nose in the pool.
Persons with communicable diseases shall not use the pool.
Persons with skin, eye, ear or nasal infections shall not enter the pool.
No animals or pets shall be inside of the fence surrounding the pool.
No glass is permitted within the fenced area surrounding the pool.
No children are permitted in the pool without the accompaniment of a responsible adult that is at least 18 years old.
All persons should shower before entering the pool.
Normal member Pool Hours are from 10am to 10pm only.
Only five guests per household are allowed unless prior notification has been made through the management company. All Residents require a key fob and cannot be a guest of paid members.
